I aim to ship out your products as quickly as I can, usually within 2 working days.
Orders on a Friday will be shipped Monday.
If I need to order products in for you this may take up to two weeks turn around.
I generally tend to use Royal mail signed for services so I know your products have arrived into your hands! And will provide tracking details to you.
Returns & Refunds
What You Need to Know
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order I accept returns upto 14 days from purchase, full refund will be given on receipt of your items, postage to be covered by the buyer.
If your items arrive damaged I will offer you a full refund on receipt of a picture of the damaged goods.
If your jewellery breaks within 14 days of purchase I will offer a full refund or exchange on receipt of the damaged goods back to me. Postage initially covered by buyer but refunded along with the refund of damaged goods.
Warranty Disclaimer
Our Policy
I provident free repair or exchange of damaged or broken goods upto 30 days from the date of purchase, outside of this I require a fee to fix or replace the broken items, this will be discussed once I have received the item back to see if it is repairable or not.
If not a refund will not be issued outside of this 30 day period, your items will be returned to you.
